The warning sign "Wavy Lines ov Deth" uses the same manner of cant.

TOPY also prescribes the creation of magickal sigils at the 23rd hour (11:00PM) of the 23rd day of the month, which is a link to John Reinhardt's cell 23, and possibly a link to the warning signs the Nurse is putting up all over town, and perhaps the H-Plates.

The group also used the terms "stations" and "transmissions" to refer to specific cells and communications.

Also on their website, "We are also dedicated to creating a world where Individuals can be free to express themselves by whatever means they wish to. We wish to break Control at all levels. This seems to embody the spirit of the grinders, and possibly Doktor Sleepless.
