As part of a plan to mess with the illusion of security that upstanding members of heavenside feel, Doktor Sleepless delivers two batches of masks.

The masks come in boxes marked with the green grinder symbol, Sing Watson receives a consignment of grey masks, while the owner of Shank Valentine receives a fabricator which prints masks of Doktor Sleepless's face.

The grey masks are designed for people who have been infected with St. Teresa's Eyes and will become a Seer, according to Doktor Sleepless.

The fabricator masks act as anonymizers, and their delivery is timed to coincide with Doktor Sleepless shutting down a Contract Police zone in Central Heavenside.
