When he takes his goggles off in front of the Nurse, he initially seems to be keeping his eyes shut, just as when we see him without his goggles on at the very beginning. But then there's a panel where he's looking back over his shoulder, out of the corner of his eye, and we see his eye, which looks normal. Noting that the B&W covers for #1 and #2 feature homunculi (#1, creature sucking on lollipop, #2, miniature human working as bookcase accessory / structural support), which may be a hint toward one sort or another of created-being scenario. --Chaos 10:08, 15 September 2007 (PDT)
