yes, there's clearly something here.. that will probably be picked up again and the end of issue#8 or the very start of issue#7 - depending on how many wild theories we spin. esp. since JTraub on WC is now putting Sing forward as the protagonist. -- M1k3y 20:22, 15 April 2008 (PDT)

Hmm, Sing as the protagonist, eh? Certainly possible. It seems she's kinda' against much of what Sleepless stands for. Will this story become a romantic good vs. evil? I mean, there's Sleepless talking about Sing being his first love, and it seems as if he might still have strong feelings for her. And then there's Sing, who seems to want to have little to do with this new version of John, and I think with her list she's picked up a good indication of what's going on and ain't too happy about it. -- 444 12:53 16 April 2008 (UTC-7)

If Sing was the Doktor's first love, he probably still has strong feelings for her. I remember (don't the have the issue in front of me to say which one) as he and the Nurse were going to go out and find some Shrieky Girls, he was pondering outloud on the balcony if "she's out there tonight" - or something close to it. I think he was talking about Sing.

He may still love her, or have strong feelings for her, but I don't think he is going to let those issues get in the way of what he wants to get done. Or a better phrase would be, what he thinks should be done. He seems too focused to let his emotions get in the way, but I can see him using other people's emotions to manipulate those around him.

The Grinders going out to confront POD is a good example of this. --Spiraltwist 06:11, 16 April 2008 (PDT)
