After a few months of leaving my alter-ego URE THRALL to his devices while in the midst of preparing his gargantuan I.AM.INDUST. Experimental octophonic music festival (now an ANNUAL EVENT - see www.iamindust.com for info, video and free mp3 downloads of new music), DOKTOR SLEEPLESS of EArth 23 returned a few weeks back to DJ the concluding segment of NO OTHER RADIO's HALLOWEEN show on 10/29. And TONIGHT I, the bad Doktor have a special program lined up to celebrate back to back shows by The LEGENDARY PINK DOTS and SKINNY PUPPY's NIVEK OHGR here in San Francisco this week. So we'll be lots of brand new material including some rare outtakes from OGHR's new "DEVIL IN MY DETAILS" CD as well as selections from the extremely limited new Edward Ka-Spel release "DREAM LOGIC Part 2" and excerpts from several new releases by PHIL WESTERN (best known as a part of DOWNLOAD as well as his past projects like MERE MORTALS and OFF and GONE).

 WE hope everyone out there will continue to enjoy my occasional impromptu stints on KPFA 94.1 FM's NO OTHER RADIO NETWORK. I plan to be making them a bit more REGULAR From now on as the tulpa I'm making use of here on EArth 23 has recently become a MUCH more cooperative host for some strange reason. Hell, sometimes the fit is so smooth I occasionally catch myself starting to think I'm still wearing MY OWN skin!
