Talk:Goth
From doktorsleepless
Iz naht, (un)dress? Hey dude, remember that old poem, "First they came for the goths, but I wasn't a goth..."
What about those t-shirts with You laugh at me because I'm different, I laugh at you because you're all the same, worn by 12 year olds in uniform black? --Slurkid 06:38, 15 November 2007 (PST)
I think you answered yr question yrself, dude-- they're 12!! Is it not completely understandable that kids dealing with the trials of puberty on top of their disatisfaction with the direction of contemporary society might have a bit of an awkward time feeling their way out of the slime? imho, the only cause advanced by petty goth-bashing is that of the established order, which has a great interest in keeping the malcontents fragmented and arguing about fashion. --Goodwillsidis 12:34, 16 November 2007 (PST)
People mocking your shitty fashion sense, and the rise of Nazi Germany are two very different things. Equating the two, as you imply with your little First they came... bit, is the kind of thing a 12 year old might do. Good luck fighting the Established Order anyway. (To everyone else: Yes I know this has nothing to do with Dr. S., it's just a bit of a pet peeve for me. Sorry for filling the wiki with useless crap.) --Slurkid 04:37, 17 November 2007 (PST)
My shitty fashion sense? I'm just sticking up for the little dudes, aggromaster.--Goodwillsidis 18:07, 17 November 2007 (PST)
