St. Theresa's Rapture

As named by Doktor Sleepless, it is a military created bioweapon designed for the battlefield that works on imagination. The virus infects the body, but does not stay. Instead, it leaves scars around the person's eyes, and causes a person to see angels (see angel construct).

Celia is the first person to be identified as being infected, although there are other cases in the city.
