A Grinder bar in Heavenside.

Grinds often go bad there, due to the unsanitary conditions and general poverty level of the grinders who frequent the place.

In the hours before his first radio broadcast, Doktor Sleepless revived a Grinder there named Jamie by jump-starting his heart through mad science-y lightning fingertips.

The owner of the bar received a box that contained a fabricator, which produced masks that look like Doktor Sleepless and jam any tags the person is wearing - rendering the person anonymous.
