People that have been infected with St. Teresa's Eyes aka St. Teresa's Tears. They see Angel constructs and according to Doktor Sleepless, they will be seen as prophets when he brings about the end of the world.

Red eyes and scarred face are the two main physical characteristics. They also have an affinity to wear a grey masks, if they see one. The effect of the mask on the Seers is not known at this time.
