With deceit being a primary theme of Doktor Sleepless, it is unsuprising masks are prevalent in Heavenside. From the metaphorical masking of identities to the more literal masks worn by different grous of people.

Anonymizer mask - worn by Grinders to conceal their identity and shut off their Tags. Resembles Doktor Sleepless.

Grey masks - worn by the Seers, whom have St. Teresa's Eyes. Function and visual inspiration unknown.

Goli masks - worn by Thoth Headhunters. Mask provides them with a large amount of information. Covers one eye and is based on a traditional African masks.

(The Doktor's goggles could possibly be included in this category as they obscure his face and alter his percieved identity.)
