Mysterious man who has appeared around Heavenside, when key events are happening. He has been spotting leaving the Heavenside Central Library after the Nurse kills Max Cale and driving a car right after the police turn off to go to Scartop Mountain in order to ask Doktor Sleepless how he turned the power off to Heavenside.
