Dr. Albert Cannon is arrested

After trying to kill Sarah Berlin, Dr. Albert Cannon is picked up by the police and held on murder charges the (see the mind reader). He tells Detective Alex Singer he wanted to prevent Sarah Berlin from meeting John Reinhardt, aka Doktor Sleepless. Overhearing the conversation, Preston Stoker tells him he can kill Doktor Sleepless and the police won't try and stop him.

On a side note, Preston Stoker informs Detective Alex Singer she is to kill Dr. Albert Cannon after he kills Doktor Sleepless, just as her mother used to do before her.
