Mysterious Shaman also going by the name Fidel Castro. May be a reference to the character "Old Castro" from Call of Cthulhu. In Call of Cthulhu, Old Castro provides the most elaborate information given in Lovecraft's fiction about Cthulhu.
Lives in the Amazon Basin, at a place called La Chorrera (or possibly La Chupacabra)

He speaks to John Reinhardt in English with a few borrowed spanish terms, though as an inhabitant of Brazil his native language is most likely Portugese.
