Deceased. Womanizing, Pronoia-abusing (former) friend of Sing Watson. Doktor Sleeples "arranged for him to have a little meeting with his conscience". This meeting resulting in him committing suicide after was confronted by an old fling, who had bottled his aborted fetus and now wore it as jewelry. While alive, he hosted the pirate radio show "Heaven's Pirates" on 98.3 FM. After his death, Doktor Sleepless took over that frequency for his broadcasts.

His girlfriend, Jessica, doesn't know he's dead, due to her algae therapy.

DJ Amun seems to be a reference to the Egyptian deity Amun [1]. The cult of Amun was eventually supplanted by the cult of Osiris [2], a god who came back from the dead. Doktor Sleepless, who supplanted DJ Amun, seems to be John Reinhardt come back from obscurity -- or, if Doktor Sleepless is to be believed, back from his death in a hotel room in Hamburg.

The Osiris myth of Egyptian Mythology also has many parallels to the Jesus myth of christianity[3], and Doktor Sleepless refers to himself as science Jesus.
