A tag worn by those with enough money or credit, inside specific Pay Cop zones of Heavenside, where a person can recieve pay cop assistance. Since anyone with enough money can have a tag, those that do may have people forcibly removed from areas for the right price; ie grinders.

At the end of issue #7, Doktor Sleepless turned off the Pay Cop zone in central Heavenside, essentially making coverage tags worthless in that area.
