Red-headed friend of Sing Watson and her buddy on Clatter. She frequents Watson's Catastrophe Books shop. She's not fond of John Reinhardt. Her last name is Rush.

As she looks out the window in issue #4, her eyes began to bother her and a black liquid begins to stream from her eyes. An angel construct comes into focus for her and she begins screaming as more black liquid pours from her eyes. Sing Watson calls 911 for her, and she is rushed to Heavenside General Hospital.

Doctors have little hope of her recovery, and Celia has stopped telling them she is still hallucinating. Her eyes are now solid red, and she appears to have red streaks coming down her checks.

Sing Watson brings Celia one of the grey masks left on the doorstep of Catastrophe Books. She is immediately drawn to the mask and puts in on. What she views from inside the mask is unknown.

Doktor Sleepless tells Sing Watson that anyone that contracts St. Teresa's Eyes will become a Seer in the coming days.

Celia reads The Darkening Sky and becomes one of its most fervent advocates.
