Apocalypse Bunker

Initially a fallout shelter, it's purpose has changed over time, matching the perceived threats to the Federal Government. This process of evolution, according to the Doktor, began with what he calls "a coup d'etat," in 1963.

It hasn't been a Nuclear Bunker since the 1980s.

It is one of a network of six bunkers. John Reinhardt took it off the network before he left Heavenside, installing a set of repeaters that tell the other bunkers that it's still online (and fool the rest of the network into also believing it's still online).

There are five War Rooms within the bunker from which one can shut off the city's power or shut down the IM networks (except Clatter).

There are barracks for soldiers.

A soldier can follow H-Plates to find an entrance to them, as the plates all located all over the city.
